One of the advantages of depositing cash with Absolut Bank is the option to replenish the deposit. The Bank's clients can receive their interest monthly or at the end of the deposit agreement term. For the convenience of our clients, a deposit is automatically renewed if it has not been claimed by the end of the deposit term.

Absolut Bank also allows clients to have a VISA-Absolut Bank debit card free of charge to receive paid interest, so that clients can immediately use the proceeds for shopping or take cash out of ATMs in any country of the world.

When clients deposit at least 5,000 euros or U.S. dollars or 150,000 Russian rubles for one year under the terms of one of the types of deposits available at the Bank, clients are entitled to free VISA-Absolut Bank credit cards with a credit limit totaling 20% of the deposit sum, a dollar-denominated account and credit interest of 15%.

What is an individual 'fixed term deposit'?
It is cash, deposited by an individual for a specified period of time. at a specified interest rate under terms, stipulated by the bank deposit agreement.

How can I make a deposit?
To make a deposit, come to any office of the Bank with a personal ID, then fill out a bank deposit Agreement and deposit cash. Foreigners wishing to deposit cash are required to present a document to confirm import (a customs declaration) or a document confirming withdrawal or purchase (certificate form 0406007) of the deposited cash denominated in the relevant currency.

Valid IDs are:

Russian Federation Passport, civilian foreign passport - for Russian federation citizens;
Russian Federation residence permit - for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, who are permanently resident in the Russian Federation;
National civil passport - for foreign citizens who are temporarily resident in the Russian Federation.
