Together with the MIEL-Nedvizhimost company Absolut Bank offers a new program to its corporate clients, which allows commercial real estate to be acquired on credit.
This program provides for the purchase on credit of non-residential buildings and structures to be used for trading purposes, as offices and commercial warehouses, as well as production premises and land parcels.
Commercial mortgage is one of the new and most promising kinds of lending, targeting small and medium-sized businesses because it allows them not to withdraw funds from circulation and, consequently, to receive greater profit.
Main terms and conditions:
Amount: up to 70% of the price of the property to be acquired;
Interest rate: from 12%;
Lending period: up to 3 years with possible subsequent prolongation up to 5 years;
Procedure for loan repayment: by equal monthly installments; an individual repayment schedule is possible.
