Absolut Bank, in collaboration with KBC London, provides a full range of services for syndicated lending, club loans. Terms of syndicated loan depends on the preferences and needs of clients, current financial conditions and current situation on financial markets.

Syndicated lending and club deals as a private form of syndicated loans, allow borrowers to:

• Increase the amount of borrowing compared with the traditional bilateral lending;
• Reduce transaction costs through common documentation, administration, ease of use liens, etc.;
• Optimize cash flows;
• Expand the existing base of relationship banks;
• Reduce the risk of dependence on a single creditor;
• Form positive public credit history.

To analyze the possibilities of financing requires standard list of documents for credit request including but not limited to:

• RFP
• Description of business and markets in which it is carried
• History of the company
• The ratings on the market, competitive position
• Customers / Suppliers
• SWOT analysis (if available)
• External rating reports
• Audited financial statements for the past two years (or total figures, EBITDA, total assets, etc.)
• Forecast of financial indicators for the period of loan maturity with an explanation of the main assumptions of prediction, if any.
• Any existing customer information memoranda on previous transactions.
