On 28 October 2003 the Central Bank of Russia registered a bond issue of Absolut Bank. The bond issue has a face value of 500 million rubles.

From October 1 all Absolut Bank’s current and potential clients may get the international discount card of the International Airline Passengers Association (IAPA) with the possibility of joining the PRIORITY PASS system.
