Absolut Bank Extended the Line of Mortgage Programs
On August 10, Absolut Bank launched a mortgage program for private individuals, which does not oblige the borrower to enter into insurance contracts for ownership rights to the pledged object (title), health or life.
The loan is granted in rubles for a term of up to 25 years, the amount varies from 300 ths to 1.5 million rubles or foreign currency equivalent.
Requirements to the borrowers are similar to those of the traditional mortgage program, stipulating title, life and health insurance of the borrower.
